Midad unveils Four Seasons Private Residences Jeddah — home to the Middle East's largest suspended bridges

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 5 June 2024 — Midad Real Estate has unveiled the Four Seasons Private Residences Jeddah, an architectural landmark on the Corniche in Jeddah. Designed by the renowned firm SOM, the development is distinguished by state-of-the-art suspended bridges connecting its towers — each spanning 60 metres and housing eight floors — a feat anticipated to earn a place in the Guinness World Records.

Set 130 metres above sea level and weighing some 2,500 tons, the bridges form the largest suspended structures of their kind in the Middle East, transforming the Jeddah skyline. The four-tower development houses a hotel and 64 exclusive private residences, each crafted for the highest level of comfort and luxury.

The residences offer a blend of luxury hotel accommodation and private homes with breathtaking views of the Red Sea, set close to Crystal Gallery and its premium retail and dining. Interiors feature expansive living spaces, spa-inspired bathrooms, marble-clad finishes, and outdoor terraces overlooking the water.
