Our head office is in Riyadh, at Bahrain Tower on King Fahd Road in Al Olaya. We develop and operate projects in Riyadh, Diriyah, Jeddah and other locations across Saudi Arabia.

A branded residence is a private home developed in partnership with a luxury hotel or lifestyle brand. Owners enjoy the design, amenities and service standards of the brand — such as concierge, housekeeping and resort facilities — together with the long-term value associated with a globally recognised name.

Which branded residences is Midad developing in Saudi Arabia?

Our branded developments include the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Diriyah, One&Only Jeddah, Atlantis Jeddah, and the Four Seasons Private Residences in Jeddah at the Corniche. Several of these are coming soon and open for early registration of interest.

Where are Midad's projects located?

Our developments are located in some of the Kingdom's most sought-after settings — Diriyah on the edge of Riyadh, and the Jeddah waterfront along the Red Sea coast — alongside established retail and residential assets in Jeddah.

Are the projects ready, or are they off-plan?

We offer both. Several flagship branded residences are coming soon and available off-plan, allowing buyers to reserve early, while other assets in our portfolio are already delivered and operating.

How is my off-plan payment protected?

Off-plan sales in Saudi Arabia are governed by regulations designed to protect buyers, including the use of dedicated project escrow accounts. Funds are managed in line with these requirements, and we will explain the specific arrangements for your project.

When will my residence be handed over?

Each project has its own construction and handover timeline. Estimated delivery dates are shared during the sales process and updated as the development progresses.

Will the residences be furnished?

Many of our branded residences are delivered with curated, brand-led interiors. Furnishing and customisation options vary by project, and our team will confirm what is available for your chosen home.
